DEEP-SEA at the EuroHPC Summit 2024
The DEEP-SEA project was present and highly visible at our final event in the EuroHPC Summit Week in Antwerp, Belgium (March 18th – 21st , 2024).
Hans-Christian Hoppe from JSC/ParTec presented DEEP-SEA as part of the track on European System Architectures at the session: Co-Designing the Future of European HPC: Eco-friendly Technologies, Systems and Software on Tuesday, March 19th. The slides from the session are available here. More than 150 participants registered for the session and it was very well attended.
DEEP-SEA also took part in the EuroHPC Projects’ poster session on March 20th, 2024.
During the poster session, BDVA (Big Data Value Association) did a short interview with Hans-Christian where the DEEP-SEA project and its outcomes were summarised. It was published by BDVA on their social media feed.
There was also a mention of DEEP-SEA in one of the plenary Key Notes at the summit from Dr. Daniel Opalka as one of the projects that have played a critical role in addressing the technical challenges of achieving Energy Efficient HPC.
